Record Performance in 2025 and a Clear Strategy for Growth

Record performance

2025 marked a defining year for VFX Financial, delivering our strongest performance to date and setting a clear foundation for continued growth.

The combined group achieved £28.5 million in total income, £10 million in profit, and 84% year-on-year revenue growth. Performance in the first quarter of 2026 indicates that this momentum is continuing, with our growth trajectory firmly intact.

This progress has been driven by increasing demand for our alternative banking and currency risk management solutions, as more organisations seek specialist partners equipped to navigate complex, cross-border financial environments. At the same time, prior investments in technology have enhanced efficiency across our operations, supporting both scale and improved profitability.

We also continued to invest in our people, welcoming more than 45 new colleagues during the year and growing our global team to over 100 employees.

“I am thrilled with what we have achieved as a team in 2025. Our strong performance reflects not only the exceptional calibre of our talented people, but also a meaningful shift in the market. We are seeing growing demand from businesses, fund managers and administrators seeking expert partners and alternative banking infrastructure that truly serves the complexity in which they operate.

I would like to thank our clients for their continued trust and loyalty, and our brilliant team whose relentless drive for innovation and leadership make it all possible.”

Recognition that reflects results

Independent recognition has followed our performance.

In 2025, VFX Financial was named one of London's Top 50 fastest-growing companies in the UK Fast Growth Index. We were named No.1 Foreign Exchange Provider at the Wealth & Finance Awards, recognised in the FT 1000 as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies, received the UK Business Awards' Fintech Business Growth Award, and were named among CNBC UK's Top Fintech Companies.

These recognitions reinforce what our results already demonstrate. VFX Financial is building something meaningful, and that the market is taking notice.

What we're building towards

Our ambitions are straightforward: to deepen our position as a leading specialist partner for organisations whose needs are beyond standard banking.

With five international regulatory licences, we are expanding our capabilities, broadening our product offering, and continue to invest heavily in the infrastructure needed to support increasingly sophisticated client requirements at scale. We have doubled our UK office space, to accommodate our growing team as we plan to increase headcount across all areas of the business. We also have substantial new product launches on our roadmap for 2026, further broadening the innovative solutions we offer to clients.

Our global footprint continues to grow. Our client base continues to strengthen. And our strategic focus continues to sharpen.

The opportunity ahead is significant. In a sector where complexity regularly overwhelms broader, more generic providers, a genuine specialist focus translates directly into exceptional service and more effective solutions for our clients.
