Nick England
Nick has worked in financial services since 1988, holding senior positions at Salomon Brothers, Morgan Grenfell and Natwest Investment Bank, where he traded derivatives on the FTSE 100 Index.
In 2001 he co-founded the inter-dealer broker Voltrex Limited (“Voltrex”), set up to capture the increased volume in traded futures and options. Voltrex developed one of the most advanced Deliverable FX platforms in the market, which was carved out into VFX Financial PLC in 2011. Nick acted as CEO of VFX from 2011 until 2022.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from City University Business School.
Henry Lisney
Henry is the Chief Executive Officer of VFX Financial plc. With over 10 years’ experience working in fast-growing companies, Henry previously served as COO at Alpha FX Group plc, a foreign exchange and payment service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange (“LSE”).
Having led Alpha’s IPO aged 24 years old, he was one of the youngest directors on the LSE and a key member of the leadership team that delivered investor returns of 350%+ in less than 3 years.
Henry holds a first-class honours in Management with Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (“CISI”).
Richard Collis
Richard started his career at PwC where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked in strategy consultancy and M&A advising multinational companies.
Following PwC, Richard worked as a Director at HMT within their corporate finance team, where he advised mid-market companies and entrepreneurs on acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising.
Richard is a member of the ICAEW and has both been nominated for and won multiple awards for his work in corporate finance, including “Young Dealmaker of the Year” in 2021 at The Thames Valley Deal Awards.
James Stuart
James is Chief Commercial Officer of VFX Financial plc and was previously Group MD of Alpha FX plc, where he oversaw the rapid expansion of the group front office functions from early beginnings, through a successful IPO and subsequent expansion into the UK, Europe and North America.
